樱桃里脊肉
原料:
里脊肉300克,番茄酱3小勺,糖1小勺,醋1小勺,盐少许,粉面子5小勺,油一小碗,味精少许,水5小勺少许。
做法:
1:先将里脊肉切2里面的小块放入饭碗里。
2:放入盐、味精腌制10分钟。
3:将水,粉面子放入肉中, 将肉搅拌均匀。
4:锅中放油,把油加热到8成热,放入肉炸熟,盛出。
5:锅里留底油,放入番茄酱,糖,醋翻炒2-3分钟,放入炸好的肉翻炒均匀即可。
